The festival in a nutshell?
The association “Les Chapeaux de Paille,” created in 2016, is dedicated to promoting art, culture, and performance in Stains. It has organized more than ten film screenings followed by debates, bringing together an audience of over 1,500 people, and has provided theater classes for young people aged 8 to 22, demonstrating its commitment to young talent and artistic expression.
